Bad customer service

I reported previously how Planet fitness was billing me without any explanation, They replied with unsatisfactory answer. I went to talk to them @ fourways branch. All I got was another number to speak to Mrs Connie. she call me 3 days later I re-explain my situation, she promised to look into my case and call me back, this was Nov 13th. waiting till Nov 19th NOTHING. I sent an email to the branch GM, till today NOTHING. Absolutly everybody I contacted failed to contact me back. I only wanted to know Y? my acc still active. Y? r they still billing me when I sold my membership long time ago.? is almost month end, and nobody looked into my case and they r going to bill me again. if that happens I will open a case for against them. Pls HelloPeter advice how I can make this people talk to me, and please I dont want the receptinist to answer to me. I aproched them in different ways, email, calls, went there, they just dont bother to care about how all the stress they r putting me under. Edgardo David Aranda. Thanks
