Signed up for a 24 month contract in September 2011 which would end on the 14th September 2013. Mid October 2013 i was told that my account was in arrears by one of their agents that called to verify my bank details. Out of curiosity i asked when does my membership expire she said the initial one has already expired and the money i'm owing is for the continuation of my membership, this really shocked me as i never agreed to any extension & i asked why wasn't i informed about my contract coming to an end, the response i got was "i'm really sorry as (VA) they were suppose to send you a letter telling you that your membership was about to expire". Towards the end of October 2013 called VA wanting to cancel my contract & i asked the same question about the notification this time i was told that they don't send out any letters, they just continue with the membership until you notify them that you want to cancel.
Today (25 Nov 2013) i was told that the letter was sent in July & since i never contacted them they continued with my membership. I am so angry with VA i want nothing to do with them ever, good thing i terminated my contract & i will definitely not recommend them to anyone.
