First of all a call centre that does not have a clue of the product so a complete waste of time. Then an sms to say that 'bike' will be picked up in a weeks time - call Ayanda if not convenient??? So call hi and get to same person I called first thing this morning before being directed to the call centre -!!!
Still do not have a clue what it will cost me? should i just buy a new bike? - obviousely not a TROJAN
