My wife is a member on my Discovery medical aid. She wanted to join PF through vitality but after completing the form she was informed that certian classes will fall away. She decided not to contact dicovery to activate the membership. Now we have realised that PF has been deducting membership fees from her account for the last three months.
This is seeing that she wanted to join through vitality but now it seems like PF acticated her membership as a normal member. Please rectify and refund this money asap or I will take this matter further. I can't believe that PF or anyone can do something like this.
