After having to change my membership type because of an increase in age, I was still allowed access into the gym one the day they notified me of this required change. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the staff and their friendliness! The man helping me with the change (I unfortunately never recorded his name) was eager to inform me of the available discounts and help me receive the best deal that virgin active could give me. He required further documentation but still allowed me to use the gym that day and had the courtesy of phoning me the next day in order to remind me to bring the documentation before training that day. I was impressed at how easy it was to update my membership and how accommodating the staff were. Thank you Virgin Active Cascades for such excellent service!
