Planet Fitness has debited my account without my consent for an amount of R250!! i have NOT received any call/email/sms from them at all. i had a membership years ago. where is this coming from??? This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. i called this morning and now there is no one available to speak to me. i want this to be resolved as soon as possible and i want my money back!!!
