When I signed my contract at Planet Fitness to join the gym I solely did it because of the operating hours. I work shifts and rotate between night and day shift. When I signed my contract the gym's hours were from 04:00 to22:30 which was ideal for me. 2 months down the line (after new club manager was appointed) the hours have changed? How is that possible? So where I had an hour to train I only have 30 minutes? That's not what I signed for or paid for? I went on the website today and still the operating hours on there are 04:00 - 22:30 that's advertising on false pretences!!! And don't even say the website hasn't been updated cause the new schedule has been updated!!! Do you people at Head Office even know what is happening at this branch? You should be ashamed to have your brand linked to a club like that!!! How can you people into joining your gym if it's not up to standard and you change the operating hours? Surely then I should be allowed to cancel my membership because it is of no use to me now?
