1. December 2012 you subtracted the levy twice and no fix in January as hoped.

2. I paid the intro money cash. And did receive a receipt, but that got lost. For few years you got people phoning me for it and told them I did pay it. I had a suspicion that somebody the money etc... But left it there

3. When I tried to apply for credit recently I was told that I got a judgement from your company. You claim that I did not pay my renewed subscription. On my contract I did not sign for automatic renewal or start date was not entered.

Please lift the Judgement or any ITC entries.
