I cancelled my appointment in advance with the Bio, but still received an invoice for the appointment although it was cancelled in time.
If I visit a specialist or medical practitioner and cancel my appointment in advance, I WON"T receive an invoice!!!
Secondly, I received an invoice and the amount billed per session was not correct. CLEARLY this lady has no idea what is going on in her company.
Such a shame for Virgin Active to have any connections with this Bio.
