Good day,
I had an agreement with them, that if I paid the R 550 up front joining fee, my first debit order would only be end of August 2013.
I paid that on 29 July 2013 via my debit card.
On 01 August 2013 two amounts where deducted R 593.06 and R 445.00.
Emanual, at the Rivonia branch, keeps on telling me he would get back to me, but nothing as yet.
This has led to other debit orders not going through and therefor my credit record has been compromised.
