Suppose we have no choice but to wait for doctors nowadays, even though the practice was opened after 7.00am, which was the time of my appointment. There is a notice that very firmly tells you to wait or reschedule. I was eventually seen 20 minutes after the start of my 7.00am appointment and after the doctor rushed through my R550 appointment the receptionist was unable to provide me with an invoice for my tax purposes as the doctor would need to sign it. Be that as it may, I was told by Jane that it would be faxed through to me. And a month and another phone call later, still no joy. Yes Dr Mpofu I do understand that you and your staff needed a holiday and my questions on Fraxcel and dermapen were not worthy of your time but were better answered by google, I nevertheless am still entitled to receive a quality service. This is the least that can be done. I did after all pay for it.
