After cancellation letters were sent to virgin active and a credit card payment of a cancellation fee we were still being debited as if we were still members only to find out the cancellation didn't go through. An enquiry was made and the staff promised to get in contact with us to resolve the problem. I have called on numerous occasions for assistance only to have to explain my story, again, and be told that I will receive a call back. Too much time and money has been wasted and I'm hoping a resolution will eventually come of this.
