My fiance applied for a month to month virgin active contract back in 2008. He went for one month, paid his subs and then decided not to use the facility. 5 years later, a callcentre is calling him up to 5 times a day demanding full payment for a year contract he's breached on. They swear at him, are rude and obnoxious. He patiently explains and they get abusive. We have asked repeatedly for copies of his contract but it has not been delivered yet they continue to call repeatedly. I have had enough now!!!
