Incorrectly billing me for a contract I cancelled

I have been messed around by Planet Fitness for over 4 years now. I find this ridiculous! They have been billing me for a contract I cancelled 2 years ago and I have not received a single correspondence from their callcentre or any of the management. I have received nothing but terrible service and headaches. I would not recommend this gym to anybody and steering everyone away from them. I have numerous emails to them which they either took long to respond or did not respond at all. I am sick of the drama they have put me through. I asked multiple times for confirmation of my contract cancellation and received nothing. I went in personally to the gym multiple times and was assured the contract was cancelled. Now lo and behold a year later I am ONCE AGAIN BILLED! I am upset and highly frustrated. Remove my debt to you and CANCEL MY CONTRACT!
