I am now fed up with the way a big organisation like planet fitness treats what could be called their clients but they are not because they do not even care about customer satisfaction as long as they deduct debt orders and make money from hundreds of dissatisfied people.
From the misleading consultant who was interested at maximising his heads hence his commission, being handed over to debt collectors after being not able to attend the gym for 7 months, the amount i was forced to pay was handed over to me and i paid in full on the 29th of July 2013.
But since i have paid the amount handed over to me, i have been to the gym a couple of days and my tag is not working. They are telling me i still owe money of which i even submitted the proof of payment.
I was shocked when i asked one of the managers who has always been promising to call me why my issue was taking long to resolve and his answer was...'the problem is now we are overwhelmed by queries...' and we call this service???
