Bad service and unclear information given!

I was approached by a Virgin Active consultant in November, with regard to joining, he explained the options to me and told me I do not need to decide now which option to take, I can wait until the gym in Stellenbosch opens and then come in and decide. Much to my dismay, they already began billing me for an option I did not consent to what so ever. I went into the gym where a sales consultant spoke to me in a very derogatory tone which I sincerely did not appreciate. Her attitude was appalling and she was not willing to hear my grievances properly. I then told her that I am moving out of Stellenbosch to a complex with a gym I will therefore have no need for this contract. Her exact reply to me was ''You know you are going to have to pay a lot of money if you cancel right? it will be cheaper for you just to stay and transfer''. Her response alone turned my annoyance into complete frustration. This same sales consultant (not knowing I spoke to her the day before) contacted me via email AFTER already taking off R399 from my account asking me which option I would prefer. I find this completely absurd. When I explained my situation to her once again, her response was so unprofessional!
