On the 28th June a payment went off my account and again on the 1st July another payment went off. After the first payment went off I decided to cancel my gym membership and I was instructed to notify Robson via email which I did and never received a response. Anyway after the 2nd payment went off I inquired why this happened and was told some peoples accounts had been double debited and they apologized about this but since i was cancelling my membership I was told to notify Robson to keep the 2nd payment to cover the month of August and everything would be done and final. Today I check and ANOTHER payment went off. I called in and was told to email the manager Michael and I am still waiting on a response on this. I think it is unacceptable that something like this can happen and then me, the customer, is left waiting for money that has been debited that should never have been debited in the first place. Very unhappy about this matter and the lack of communication from day one even after I've specifically requested for confirmation of receipt. I would like for my membership to be canceled and get my money back immediately! Unacceptable!
