I've now been trying for a whole week to change something so simple as bank debit order details! I've emailed Ofentse 3x and i've called your centre twice to speak to her empty promises that they would let her know to call me back. Well after 5 attempts and immense frustration i got hold of her. She claims she hasn't received my emails and forms nor messages to call me back. I've now wasted enough of my time, energy and call time to try and sort this out. Im so sick of always hearing "your systems have been down".. Oldest excuse in the book. Please sort this out immediately and get someone competent to help me!
