No feedback recieved on last complaint

Hi Ilse

I reported bad service last week on this site (Manipulated into a contract) & you responded to say that the regional manager will be in touch, however since then I have had no feedbck?

Could you please get the right person to contact me ASAP, I have read previous complaints where you gave the exact same response, I am wondering if the responses are not perhaps automated? ( I hate to think the worst, but that would be dissapointing to say the least)

I trust that you will give this complaint the attention it deserves.
