I had a three years contract with Planet fitness, which i did not wish to renew, i then informed them that i won't be renewing my contract. To my surprise i received a phone call from them two years after that i owe them R350. 00. I need an explanation on how they came to a conclusion that i owe them R350. 00 and since when do gyms charge levy and why was i not informed when i signed my contract and prior to the cancellation of my contract. i demand a letter that states that i owe them nothing and that i no longer have a contract with them.
