I recently heard that I have to move to another town due to my work. The town I am moving to unfortunately does not have a Virgin Active, thus I had to cancel my membership. I went unto their website on Saturday and left a comment under contact us that I wanted to end my membership. The next working day I received an email even before 9 o'clock stating that all had been sorted and I only need to pay the cancellation fee. What great service, usually it takes days, even weeks of emails before such service is delivered. Excellent gym, wonderful staff and amazing service. Going to miss you guys so much! Thank you again.
