I DON'T HAVE A CONTRACT

I have been harassed by Planet Fitness since last year about a gym contract that i wanted to sign-up for. I cancelled within 5 days after signing due to financial constraints. I have been called almost once a week about being in arrears.

Today I received a call from someone on 0119580929 threatening me to pay a membership that does not exist! This is harassment!

Here is the email from the Roodepoort branch which clearly states i have no membership dated 3 June 2013.

"Hi Gerhard,

Apologies for replying to you only now.

I will be handling your enquiry.

I found that your 5 day cancellation request, was logged on our system, but for some reason not processed at Head Office. Apologies for this.

I will resubmit all the documents to ensure cancellation and that the arrears gets cleared from your name.

Kindly advise if you had any successful debit orders going off from your bank account, in order for us to refund.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
