It's been 4 months now since my year contract has expired. I understood that it was on auto-renew, but some how, got cancelled.
I've since been interacting with the gym admin staff to get this rectified, so that I can gym without the inconvenience of my tag not working every morning.
Every morning I ask that Reza contact me to sort it out, every morning I provide my RSA ID number, and every morning I am embarrassed at the turnstiles.
Please fix it. I want my membership on auto-renew. I want to pay the premium that I had been paying, and I want to GYM.
