I would just like to express my utmost disgust in this report for the service and the treatment i have been getting from zone fitness, firstly i supplied this pathetic gym with my banking details so that they can debit my account without me worrying about having to pay at the gym every month, this happened previously as well when i changed my banking details 3 times at the gym and my old bank account was still being debited which i class as utter incompetance!
What do know?? it has happened again, they have once again failed to debit my account and now i am recieving countless sms's and emails from one Vitush Anoop, his last email read and i quote "stop waisitng my time and pay". I mean is this the way we speak to our customers now? is this how we treat our clients? if it is then we live in a very sad world. Please stop harrassing me because you failed to debit my account!!!
Bearing in mind that i have never intentionally missed a payment and i have to surcum to this type of harrasment!!
Oh and when i asked this guy to see my contract i recieved no response relating to my question, which clearly indicates that he had no interest in helping me.
UTTER DISGUST!!!
