Terrible service from Planet Fitness Platinum!!!

I am looking to join Planet Fitness Platinum. Spoke to a sales guy named Sebastian Gounden who I initially thought would assist me. I sent him an email on Thursday (09 May) - no response. I called him on Friday (10 May) morning and he said he would call me back in 5 minutes. He didnt call back. So I called PFP this morning (13 May) asking to speak to Sebastian, no reply again. I call back an hour later and speak to a guy at reception who takes down my name and number and says that someone from sales will call me back shortly regarding new membership, nobody calls me. I call back again in the afternoon, nobody is around to assist. Is this how you run a supposed SUPERIOR gym? Do you suddenly not need new memberships? If so, please let the residents of Sandton know so that we can join Virgin Active at Melrose Arch instead. I am extremely disappointed at your terrible service and the general lack of respect. And to think that PFP thinks that their gym is worth R1295 per month! Please use this money to hire more competent and helpful staff!!!
