I have been a Premier Member at Melrose Arch Virgin Active for a few years and i would like to report that the attitude and marketing skills of management at Melrose Arch is extremely poor with regards to bringing a guest and prospective client along to view the training facilities.
When i brought a guest along the other night the attitude and body language and remarks were so cold by manager on Duty Aurora that not only was my guest taken aback but it left such a sour taste in my mouth when she sent us away that we visited her Platinum Planet Fitness gym in Sandton who received us which such contrasting reception that I have a good mind to cancel my membership with Virgin and move across to Planet Fitness.
There are many beautiful gyms in Johannesburg currently and Melrose is going to have to up the ante to stay in line with the competition and currently they are failing dismally in doing so.
