It is going on three weeks now that the pool for the Aqua Aerobics classes is not even slightly warm - in fact it seems to be getting colder and colder as the days go on. At first I thought to wait it out as there may have been some glitch or part required. But now, 3 weeks into the problem it is becoming really annoying. A lot of the ladies who attend religiously every morning are there for therapeutic purposes recovering from back ops and hip ops etc. There has been a drop in attendance over the last bone-chilling classes and this is disappointing that due to the lack of service and organisation people are being turned away. I seriously hope that this problem will be rectified soon as I am always recommending your gym to colleagues, friends and clients and am beginning to wonder why!
