I phoned Dion Wired's call center hopefully to finally find a product I have been searching for all morning. Once i FINALLY got hold of someone (Busy line, pick up and put down, hold music for 10 min), they told me i have to phone each branch till i find the product i want and that they could not search their stores for any products.
the appropriate response is "Ma'am, could i get your contact details and get someone to call you from distribution. Maybe they can help you"
