It is great disappointment that I send this email, and due to there being no complaints line I have to use this option of franchise queries.
I am dealing with your Westville, Durban branch, Mr Lewellyn Krause... I have contacted Mr Krause 4 months ago to assist me with a string of issues, ranging from prevention of Company deregistration from Cipro data base to Bee certification, vat registration and tax clearance. A quote was sent to myself for R5600 this sort this out with a indicative time of 1 month to get the respective information.
Sad to say this did not materialize as we have made several calls to MR Krause with excuses as to why this where not done, only now to be ignored completely, I have tried and have failed to get hold of Mr Krause and am losing business because of these outstanding documents

Please treat as urgent or I will escalate this matter via Helo Peter. If The Tax Shop cannot assist me please just give me back my money... I am annoyed at Mr Krauses attitude and disregard for my urgency in getting my documents.
