Incompetent Staff

I'm saddened by the fact that I was mistreated by our head office staff weeks ago. I would like to bringit to your attention that rude staff will make customers close their accounts or decide not to pay accounts at all. Staff needs to be trained on how to handle customers, it can be either walking clients neither telephonically.

Weeks ago I went to Maponya Mall to buy a dress for my sister and was told that my account has been locked whereas I have spoken to Truworths before that I do not have a new ID but only using my Driving License neither previous ID that I had. Thie guy which a branch called at was very rude to me when I asked him to unlock my account, but the guy told me he will not do that up until I have a new ID. What is that on earth? Why am I suppose to suffer when making purchases? I'm saddened and cannot wait to pay off this account and close it.
