No Delivery and No Responce

I have ordered two Sapphire Cowl Sleeping Bags online as the branch in Cresta was out of stock. The website indicates that the order will be delivered within 5 working days. It is now 6 weeks later and I still have not received my order. I have also phones and left messages as well as emailed the online shop with no luck.
What a cleaver way to steel customer money. Pay and never deliver.
