Ive just received an sms saying I owe roughly R12 000 on furniture I brought for R13000 over the 3 yrs ago.. Mind you Ive been paying this account R550. I lost my job back in 2009 and went to claim but they gave me some story about how I'm unable to claim... Ive had a number of calls of people calling threatening to fetch the furniture. Which Ive clearly advice they should come collect it instead of treating me. last I check about 6 months back I had R3000 on this account which I'm willing to settle but R12000.. where does this money come from..
Clearly this company knows nothing on being customer centric or focus.
please advised before I seek legal advice.
