Sour Freshers Milk (Long Life)

I bought long life milk (Freshers) there 3 weeks ago, one week later all the milk that I did not use was sour. I took it back, they replaced it for me with no problem. Exactly one week later the same milk was sour again. When I phoned them I asked to speak to the store manager, he promised me that somebody of their customer service will phone me back, he even took my number, well, I am still waiting for that caal for 2 days. He was rude to me aswell and put the phone down in my ears. I never expected this from Fruit & Veg because the quality has always been good.
