Unnacptable service

I had to phone David about my goods to be sent and was told by him customs wanted R5, 150.00 in order to release good. I paid R5, 150.00 on 29 November to be told delevery was 30 November. Once again I had to phone David and was told another R5, 150.00 was requested by customs. Unaccptable being in the first place I was not informed that I had to pay customs. I then told David to cancell the order 1385621843. Which he didn't. I them asked for his Managers name & phone no which he would not give to me. I have phoned numerious times. Still nothing done.
