Great Service

We've ordered a book via the internet, but as payment goes via our Finance Department on another campus, it takes a while. The system did not make the connection when payment was received. Megan listened to the problem, found the missing link, fixed it on the system, re-ordered the book, and send feedback that I could use to calm down the finance people!!

All with a smile and fantastic efficiency!!!
