I purchased a fridge in my mothers name on 15.4.2013, I paid for delivery a few days after that. I was then told to expect delivery on Monday 22.4.2013, today being Wednesday upon my following up with them as i constantly have to leave my key with security incase they come.
I am being told the person who assisted me is on leave and they now have no proof i paid. I find this unacceptable that a staff would leave with a receipt. that i as a client have to call in and be informed of such.
furthermore im not even offered some sort of resolution just that i will get my fridge once he is back at work. I am very disappointed as its not the first time ive bought from Game but its the first time ive had such poor service.
