I JOSEPH Matlakala was garnished on the 04/06/2008 by MARTIE BURGER ATTORNEYS and he was paying R640 every month until i was retrenched on the 31/07/2012 and i told the lawyer about my retrenchment, she told me my balance was R31, 468.07 and i paid R31.600 on the 28/08/2012.
To my surprise on the 31/08/2012 i got the new surprise balance of R3, 468, 63 AND ARRANGED to pay it on R500 FROM MY BLUE CARD and i have also finished paying that i paid R3, 750.
to my second surprise the on the 08/03/2013 i got the new balance of R14, 804, 11 ON MY STATEMENT
Where will i get that i told my lawyer that i don't work and so many balances where will i still the money and whats that money for.
she cant phone or explain what is that extra money for, and i need to get out of this attorneys i made my life difficult the first time i went to them i just need the certificate that my name is being cleared
she never sends me statements and i have to pay R2, 00 WHEN I GO TO COLLECT but i am paying big amounts of admin costs.
I went to legal aid to help me with these but she was so apset to explain to them and i am stuck with the amount that i dont even know and i am not even working.
