Bought new Tom Tom 820 live GPS on 10th of January.By the end of February I noticed it was faulty and returned unit to store. I have provided them with original invoice and as per the Consumer Protection Act am entitled to a full refund. They are refusing to talk to me other than say they will replace the unit. I do not want a replacement unit as I have no faith in the product and have now lost faith in Cape Union Mart.
