We were at Game in Three Rivers to buy an upright freezer. There was ONLY one in stock which was badly damaged. We requested if there was any discount and we were told we could get R 200 discount from R 5000 even though it had two dents, scratches in front, a bad scratch on the side and a drawer was broken inside. When we requested if we could get another one, we were told that they did not have any. No effort was made to assist us to get another one. I feel that if I am prepared to spend R 5000 at Game there should be some effort to assist us with getting the product we are looking for. Well even if I only wanted to spend R 500. Isn't that what client services are all about??
