Last year May Adt Sent out an invoice and statement for service for May 2012 to April 2013 demanding payment in full for the entire period. Firstly that is unacceptable as you cannot demand a full years payment upfront. Secondly the unit and reciever was removed by adt from my premises in september of last year and at the end of october the business was closed down, So absolutely no service was supplied since then. ITC has called in on a few occasion and tried explaining the matter stating I have absolutely no problem in paying what is due to them but I refuse to pay the service during the time it was not supplied being october, November, december, January February March AND APRIL. i WANT THIS MATTER SORTED OUT ASAP AS I HATE THIS THREATENING SMS, S. i WOULD LIKE A RESPONSE.
