Lodged a complaint about delivery. R500 delivery fee and boxes were left unpacked and not assembled. When I found glass top was chipped I had to phone.
Within 15 minutes of making the call an apology telephone call was made to myself. A new delivery date will be confirmed today. And the delivery fee will be credited to my account.
I am very impressed.
Coricraft please model and document your procedures so that other providers in South Africa might see how customer service should be dealt with.
