Selling rotten meat

Last week Saturday, I went to Checkers to buy soup bones and was given two packets by the lady at butchery. When I got home there was a bad smell coming from the plastics bags only to find out it was the soup bones I had bought from them.

I opened the packs, it was beef, chicken and pork off cuts all in the... rotten. i called the store to speak to the manager and he said was; he apologizes there was nothing he can do except to give me a refund because the butchery is separate from them.
I was very inconvenienced and expected more from them:(:(:(.

They have lost a customer in me.
