On Sat.6th April 2013, i arrived in Margate to start my holiday. I poped into the Truworths at Shelly Beach Centre to pay on my account, where after my money went off my card the machine could not print a slip, I was being assisted by a Ms Nadia Vere, whom was friendly and said she will call some one. Then arrived this very rude and abrupt women (Jessie De Beer), I asked her can i see the manager, she said that she is the manageress. When i said that i will report her for her rude behaviour, her reply was that I can do what ever I want to, as head office can not do her anything. As i was walking away, she said " These BLACKS of today" she was then joint by Jenine Pienaar. She also said a lot of other insulting things as well as arguing in front of every one in the store. I then phoned and reported it to Truwoths complaints (complaint # 8704), up till to day im still waiting for a call.
