Customer care incompetent

I drafted a gift registry on 14 - 04- 13 and was promised it would be captured and faxed to me unfortunately nothing has been done. been calling them since Monday the 15- 04 -13 to date and the lady who assisted me is always out of the office or on tea break at some instances they don't even tell me where she is and she never gets back to me. My frustration is that my son's birthday is a month away and i want to send out invitation for my guest convenience. The service is really poor and up hauling!
