Dear all,

This is very, very, very disappointing. For a company of your size to firstly take more than a month to process a online purchase and delivery and then to ship the goods in such a manner that they break en-route is highly unacceptable. Secondly, the sheer lack of communication on your part in response to mine and my sisters emails is also very unprofessional. The fact that we have been the ones making all the attempts at contact and communication reflects very poorly on your company and the level of importance it places on its customers and their satisfaction. I am ever so sorry that I chose to use your gift registry as an option for my wedding in December 2012. Many people have complained that the registry did not even reflect items purchased by others so they could not be sure what had been purchased already. I will definitely not recommend your store for a registry to anyone of my friends currently planning to get married and use such a service.By your poor approach to this situation so far you have failed in your companies vision and business mission as posted on your website. I was also promised a letter of apology but have as yet not received this.
