I went to Clicks and they had a 3 for 2 special on Naturelle herbal products, where if you buy 3 you get the cheapest free. I bought 2 of the one product and 1 of another in the range. I was charged for all three at the till. When I queried it the. Manager informed me that the cheapest is free and as they were all the same price you have to pay for all of them. I argued and he was insistent. Eventually, I called the clicks customer service line from the store where they spoke to him and told him to give me a refund for one. I asked him what the story was and he maintains the cheapest is free and if they are the same price you pay for all 3. If this is the case why is it not clearly stated "If all 3 products are the same price you pay for all of them" So what you do is have all the products at the same price, make people buy 3 thinking they get one free and if they don't complain you have successfully ripped off your customer. Clicks this is the most unethical practice I have ever encountered and this is clearly what is told across the stores, looking at other complaints.
