BAD BAD BAD SERVICE

WE BOUGHT MY HUSBAND A WATCH LESS THAN A YEAR AGO IT HAS BEEN IN FOR REPAIRS DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE WATCH DOES NOT WORK FROM THE START. I PHONED THE HEAD OFFICE AND SPOKE TO GAIL ROBENHEIMER WHO FIRST OF ALL DID NOT GIVE ME A CHANCE TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION AND SHE KEPT ON INTERRUPTING ME AND WHEN I TOLD HER TO STOP DOING THAT SHE PUT THE PHONE DOWN IN MY EAR. I HAVE TRIED PHONING THE OFFICE AGAIN THE NO 0219381911 THE SWITCH KEEPS ON PUTTING THE PHONE DOWM A SOON AS THEY HEAR THAT IT IS ME!!! I AM STILL TRYING TO CALL/ WE HAVE PAID ALMOST 3K FOR THE WATCH AND THIS IS THE ATTITUDE WE GET WHEN SOMETHING DOES NOT WORK??? DOES GAIL AND THE SWTICH BOARD OPERATOR OWN THE CO THAT THEY CAN DECIDE WHO THEY ATTEND TO OR NOT??? I THINK THIS IS DISGUSTING!!!
