My cell phone was lost on 28.03.2013, after which I submitted a claim on 02.04.2013.
I was advised that it would take 10 working days for feedback to be provided to me. I called Edgars today to find that my claim was rejected.
I closed my account on 13.03.2013, but was assured that I will be fully covered till 31.03.2013 by Jennifer at Edgars Gateway.
I held on the line for 45 mins, with no answer. I am shocked at the level of incompetency I am receiving from such a large brand, and I am considering going to the Ombudsman.
