We bought a computer about 4 moths ago from Lewis Kathu, in the last month it paced up for the 3rd time. Now they telling me that the garantee does not cover software but the first time they replaced the hard drive. The 2nd time the replace the mother board (that happened a day after they deliver it to me) Friday I received it back and yesterday it packed up again. The management feel allso nothng about customer service, The area manager a mr. De Jager told Maxwell to gave me his number and that I must phone him (for De Jager) I mean first of all he knew about my previous complaints and did nothing about it. Now the computer is back with them for the 3rd time and he axpect from me to fhone him. I allso did speak to a lady Dedre at their headoffice the previous time or with the second problem. But now they come with this story that they dont cover software. The computer is still under garantee and we still pay it off.
Their is no customer service as they dont come back to you, everytime I must phone or drove there. And becuase of this my external hardrive allso got a problem now and my bussiness is behind shedule.
