You dont have to in order to close this complaint. There was no agreement what so ever with account holder to solve this problem. We will never agree in. Your department has people who has no morals now you claim that the problem was resolved amicably between account holder and person that has purchased goods. Yet Grace called me yesterday to say she will call me back today problem has been sent to Area manager as well. Lewis you need to do what is ethically correct when dealing with customer account. I have sent this problem to speak out (SABC2) program that deals with consumer complaints I so wish can can deal with it now so that I can expose the corrupt Best Electric employees in Queenstown.
